Dear parent,

In art class your child has received instruction in creating a quality note card design to be professionally printed for you by MyCards Inc., a commercial note card company.

1) Look inside to see the special card design your child has created!
2) Talk to your child about the design. Share what you like about it.
3) Order boxed card sets of your child’s design by completing the form above.
4) Return the envelope with artwork by your child’s next next art class or the due date on the envelope. If you are paying online, do so now.

Cards are boxed in sets of 10 (4×5) cards with envelopes. Each card features your child’s design on the front, and his/her name and school on the back. Price: $18 per box.

Your purchase will help us raise money for our art program and allow your child to see his/her artwork printed as a professional product. Your child’s artwork will be sent home for you to keep in a few weeks when this class project is completed.
